DIM SUM MASTERCLASS
YEZI invites you to experience the magic of the holidays with your hands in dough. A masterclass dedicated to dim sum, one of the signature dishes on our menu: small treasures of flavour that encapsulate the soul of Asian tradition.
Our chef Giordano Gianforchetti will guide you through the preparation, including dough, fillings, and perfect folding techniques. A convivial and creative experience, where you can cook, sip a drink, and discover the secrets of one of YEZI’s most beloved dishes. At the end, we will all eat the dim sum we have prepared together.
