On December 18th, YEZI welcomes a new edition of its Chef & Guest series, a monthly event celebrating culinary creativity and cultural fusion.
The star of this second chapter is Luciano Monosilio, known as the King of Carbonara and chef of the renowned restaurant LUCIANO Cucina Italiana. Together with resident chef Giordano Gianforchetti, he will craft an exclusive four-hands menu, blending the bold flavors of Roman tradition with the elegance and freshness of YEZI’s pan-Asian style.
