DIM SUM MASTERCLASS
One of the highlights of the program is a Dim Sum Masterclass dedicated to the art of dumpling making — a gesture that in Chinese culture represents craftsmanship, sharing and togetherness. Join Head Chef Giordano Gianforchetti and team to discover traditional techniques, the ritual of preparation, the convivial spirit of cooking together and uncover the secrets behind one of our most beloved dishes. It’s a lively and creative experience where you can cook, enjoy a drink, and at the end, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dim sum we’ve prepared.
