Park Plaza Hotels Europe B.V.  “art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio Competition” Promotional Rules     

Park Plaza Hotels Europe B.V. (“PPHE”) provides these “art’otel Rome Competition” Promotional Rules (the “Promotional Rules”) which set out the specific rules to the promotion (the “Promotion”).    

1. Rules

By entering the Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by both these Promotional Rules and the Promotion terms and conditions provided at: https://bit.ly/2KL3RQR (collectively the “Rules”).   

2. Entrants

Entrants must be 18 and over and resident in a member state of the European Union or the United Kingdom at the time of entering the Promotion.   

3. Duration of the Promotion

Enter the Promotion between [00:01 on 11 March 2025 GMT and 23:59 on 18 March 2025 GMT inclusive]. PPHE has the right to change the Promotion end date at any time by posting the updated end date on the Promotion landing page prior to the Promotion end date. 

 4. Entry Criteria

Entries may be made via Instagram only. Enter the Promotion by following the below THREE steps: 

  • Like the launch post 
  • Follow the @artotelrome @artotel and @radissonhotels Instagram account 
  • Tag the username of a friend in the comments section of any post relating to the competition. No other method of entry will be accepted.  

5. Conditions of entry

There is no limit on the number of submissions per Entrant. 

6. Winner selection

The prize noted in section 7 will be awarded to one Entrant that meets the criteria defined by the Rules. The winner will be selected on Thursday 21 March 2025 at random from among all eligible entries received during the competition. 

7. Prize

One winner will receive a two-night stay for two persons sharing a room, at newly opened art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio, including breakfast for two and dinner for two at YEZI Restaurant & Bar. Dinner to include tasting experience menu + wine pairing. Prizes are as stated. “Black-out” dates (on which the prize cannot be redeemed) shall apply and management reserves the right to withdraw the prize at any time. Prize valid until 20 December 2025. Date of visit must be confirmed 14 days in advance. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and over. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other prizes/ special offers. Winners must be the person redeeming the prize and upon hotel check in, they must show a valid ID (passport or driving license). Prize is subject to availability and valid until 20th December 2025. Prize is nontransferable, exchangeable and has no monetary value.  Blackout dates may apply. Any extras to be paid for by guest.  

8. Collection of the prizes

Prize notification will be announced on Thursday 21 March 2025. We will contact the prize winner by direct message to confirm that the prize winner has read and agreed to the Rules and to gather any necessary contact information to facilitate the award and redemption of the prize.  The winner has until 31st March 2025. to acknowledge and respond to the email sent by PPHE otherwise the Entrant will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be chosen at random. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

9. General conditions

PPHE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the entry is submitted: Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our terms of our privacy policy found at www.pphe.com/privacy. By entering the competition, you indicate your acceptance of the Rules. PPHE accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. PPHE reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Rules. PPHE reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, PPHE, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of PPHE, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promotion will be governed by English law and Entrants to the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your reservation must be made on Radissonhotels.com and claim must be validated by our Customer Care team.

The Best Rates Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

  • Qualified discount rates available to members of special programs or associations (i.e. AAA, senior, government, loyalty, employee discounts);
  • Special “exclusive offers” or “online coupons” or email solicitations not intended for the general public;
  • Rates not publicly available, such as negotiated Group or Corporate rates; including group extend-the-stay rates;
  • Package rates that include the room and other components such as parking, travel, car rental, entertainment, or meals excluding breakfast;
  • Rates found on opaque, bidding, or auction sites where the hotel brand, the specific hotel, the hotel location or price is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline and Hotwire;
  • Any other unpublished or private rates or sites requiring login.

Comparison Rates: The Comparison Rate must be found on a website available to be booked by the general public other than Radissonhotels.com within 24 hours of booking your hotel room on Radissonhotels.com and at least 48 hours prior to midnight hotel local time of your arrival date.

The Comparison Rate must be for the same hotel, same reservation date(s), same room type (i.e. room size and amenities), same number of guests, same currency as the Radissonhotels.com confirmation email, and the same advance payment and refund policies and restrictions must apply.

The Comparison Rate must still be available at the time Customer Care validates the claim.

The rates will be compared net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate; however, if the Radissonhotels.com rate has taxes included, we will verify that the total cost of your Comparison Rate is lower so that prices are compared on a relative basis. Rate disparities solely attributable to rounding, fluctuations and/or difference in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Best Rates Guarantee. Claims will be denied when the difference between the Comparison Rate and the rate on Radissonhotels.com is less than 1USD, 1EUR or 1GBP or equivalent in the local currency of the hotel.

When a claim covers a stay for multiple, consecutive nights, the rates will be reviewed based on the average over the entire stay (the total consecutive nights stayed by the same guest or guests in the same hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs or separate reservations). Comparison Rates applicable to only a portion of the reservation will not be honored.

If your reservation meets these criteria, let us know by submitting the claim form.

Customer Care will verify the rate meets all of these Best Rates Guarantee terms and conditions and contact you via email. Once confirmed, we will match the lower rate and discount that rate by an additional 25%. For prepaid bookings, the difference will be refunded on the applicable credit card by the hotel. You may only submit one claim for each stay.

If a new reservation confirmation number is provided for the new rate, it must be presented at the hotel at the time of check-in.

The Best Rates Guarantee is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Best Rates Guarantee at any time without prior notice. We retain the sole right to determine the validity of any claim, whether a rate qualifies as a Comparison Rate, and whether a claim has satisfied the terms and conditions stated herein. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Best Rates Guarantee shall be handled individually and without any class action and is subject to the terms of the site usage agreement found on Radissonhotels.com. If the Comparison Rate is reserved through any Website other than Radissonhotels.com, we are not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.

Who do I contact if I see a lower rate on another website?

  1. Within 24 hours of making your reservation on Radissonhotels.com, visit the Contact us section of Radissonhotels.com and select “Online” contact method and “BORG claim” for topic.
  2. A completed claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of the booking and at least 48 hours prior to midnight local time of the hotel arrival date to be eligible.
