Join Jenni from The Mindful Soul for an immersive conscious connected breathwork session, a multi-sensory journey using the breath to help you access deeper layers of mind and body, release what’s stored, and reconnect with yourself.
This is a powerful, active practice. No experience needed – just an open mind and heart.
