Can gift vouchers be used for Valentine’s Day?
Yes. Hotel monetary vouchers can be used for accommodation, restaurants and spa visits. Experience vouchers are redeemable for the named experiences, and all vouchers must be used at the selected property.
How can I request romantic extras for Valentine’s Day?
Add requests during booking where possible or contact the hotel directly after you have reserved for any additional preferences or requests.
Can we add spa or wellness experiences to our stay?
Yes. You can add spa and wellness experiences, subject to availability. Battersea has rooftop pool access for hotel guests, plus sauna and steam facilities. Hoxton offers a heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus bookable treatments.
Is there a special Valentine’s menu or romantic dinner event?
Seasonal menus and experiences are available at our restaurants around Valentine’s Day. Visit the individual restaurants’ websites for more details and availability.
Which art’otel locations in London are available for Valentine’s stays?
Both art’otel London Battersea Power Station and art’otel London Hoxton can be booked for Valentine’s stays.
Can I check in early or checkout late for a romantic stay?
Early check-in and late checkout can be requested and is subject to availability.
What room amenities can couples enjoy?
You can expect Signature Artist design, restful beds and modern comforts that make it easy to unwind. Room features vary by category, so check your chosen room or suite description for details.
Can I request Valentine’s Day room enhancements?
Yes. Requests including champagne, bottles of wine and other in-room touches can be arranged, subject to availability. The simplest option is to book the Romance Experience, which already includes key romantic extras.
How do I book a romantic package or Valentine’s special?
Book your stay through our website and choose the relevant offer from the list of available stays and experiences. If you are booking for a specific date, we recommend reserving early as availability for Valentine’s weekend is limited.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. Our restaurants can cater for a range of dietary preferences and requirements. Please share any dietary needs when booking your table and with your server on arrival.
Are vouchers valid at both Battersea and Hoxton hotels?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are redeemable at the property selected. They are not interchangeable between Battersea Power Station and Hoxton, so please make sure you purchase for the hotel you would like to visit.
Can I customise my stay?
Yes. You can add romantic touches such as a bottle of champagne, dining reservations or spa time. You can add requests while making your booking or by contacting the hotel after reserving, and the team will do their best to help.
What dates are Valentine’s packages available?
Romance Experiences are available year-round. If your preferred dates are limited, you can still book a romantic stay outside the main weekend.

What is the best art’otel gift voucher?
It depends on the recipient! For relaxation, choose spa vouchers. For food lovers, dining vouchers are ideal. For a truly memorable gift, hotel stay vouchers offer the ultimate experience.

What should I do if my digital key is not working?
Check that both Bluetooth and Location are enabled on your device and the art'otel services app also has access to Location and Bluetooth in order to unlock the door. If you continue to experience challenges with your digital key, our team at reception will be happy to help.
What happens if I have a digital key and my phone is dead/stolen/locked in the room?
Head to reception, where our team will be happy to help.
Can I share my digital key?
You can share your digital key with other guests included in your reservation. The number of digital keys you can share depends on the number of adults on your booking. If there is only one adult included in your booking, you will not be able to share your digital key.
Can I have both a digital key and a physical keycard?
Due to security reasons, we can only allow one key per guest. If you have a digital key and would prefer a physical keycard, please speak to our team at reception. To swap a physical keycard for a digital one, log in to our app (art'otel services) with your reservation number to get your digital key. Once you have your digital key, your physical keycard will no longer work.
When and how can I receive my digital key?
You can receive your digital key on the day of arrival after 3pm (or earlier if you’ve received confirmation of an early check-in from the hotel). You need to be within two kilometres of the hotel to receive your digital key.
Can I request a late checkout?
Yes, you can ask the reception team about a late check-out at any point during your stay.
If I check out online, can I store my luggage?
Yes, if you check-out online you can store your luggage at reception.
If I check out online and forget something in my room, what should I do?
If you check-out online, leave your room and realise you have left something behind, you can visit reception who will be happy to assist.
What happens to my digital key when I check-out online?
When you check-out online, your digital key will be deactivated. We recommend you check-out online when you are ready to depart.
When can I check out online?
You can check-out online on the morning of your departure. If we have your email address on file, we will send you an email at 7 am the day of departure with a link to check-out online.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes, all online payments are safely powered by our partner Adyen and are 3D secured.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept debit card and credit card payments. We can only accept cards that support a 3D secure verification.
I have a balance on my reservation, is it settled when I check out online?
If there is a balance on your reservation, you will be able to pay it during online check-out. You will not be required to go to reception to settle it.
I am due a refund, when can I expect it?
Once a refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 working days to reach your bank account.
What happens if I arrive at the hotel early?
If you arrive earlier than the standard check-in time of 3pm, please head to reception. The team can let you know if your room is available. If not, they will be happy to store your luggage until it is ready.
Will I start receive marketing emails if I check in online?
No, we will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly give your consent. You can do so by ticking the relevant checkbox when filling in the guest details during online check-in. If you are already subscribed to our marketing emails and want to opt out, please reach out to us at [email protected].
How long is my data stored for?
How long we hold your data depends on the applicable regional regulations of the country where you are staying, as well as GDPR requirements. If you wish to enquire about your personal data, please reach out to us at [email protected].
What data does the hotel store?
We collect and store the same information during online check-in as we do when you check in at the front desk.
Can I request early check-in?
Yes, we ask you to confirm your arrival time when checking in online. An early check-in is not guaranteed though. If you want to guarantee one, please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.
When can I check in online?
You can check-in online two hours after making your booking, until 8pm on the day of arrival. If we have your email address, we will email you the link to do so at 5pm the day before arrival.
For online check-in why do I need to pay in advance?
We ask you to pay in advance in order to complete the entire check-in process online. This way, you will be able to save time on your arrival. If you opt for a digital key, we also need the payment in advance in order to issue you one. We do not ask for any deposit online. If you wish to leave a card on file, you can do so at the reception at any point during your stay.
